Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority (MBCIA) Celebrates Boogook Georgia, LLC as a 2024 Trade & Industry CiCi Community Impact Winner

We’re excited to announce that Boogook Georgia, LLC has been honored as a recipient of the 2024 CiCi Community Impact award!

As a global leader in automotive tube manufacturing, Boogook specializes in crafting automotive parts and materials crucial for fluid systems within vehicles. Their dedication to innovation and excellence has positioned them as a vital player in the automotive sector. 

Last year, Boogook Georgia unveiled plans to invest $6.8 million, along with an additional $300,000 in leasehold improvements, to bolster its operations in Macon-Bibb County. This significant foreign investment not only enhances the automobile supply market in the Southeast but also solidifies the region’s reputation as a hub for automotive manufacturing. 

Revitalizing a sprawling two-million-square-foot industrial building on 2600 Weaver Road, with plans to employ 80 full-time professionals, Boogook Georgia breathes new life into a facility that had sat vacant for nearly 15 years. This significant project signifies the company’s first step into the U.S. market and highlights the area’s revival as a vibrant center for industry.
