At the Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority, our mission is job creation, job retention, business expansion, and improving the quality of life for the citizens of Macon-Bibb County, GA and Middle Georgia.  We are “Macon-Bibb’s Lead Economic Development Authority”. With constitutional authority, we are tasked with increasing the tax base of Macon-Bibb and creating a business-friendly infrastructure by purchasing, developing, and leasing commercial spaces for new and existing businesses.

2017 Spirit of Innovation Award Recipient

Tyson Foods to Invest $59 Million On Business Expansion in Macon-Bibb
