Sealed Proposals for furnishing all labor and materials (including but not limited to clearing, grubbing, grading, drainage, erosion control & grassing) necessary to complete the Site Grading Improvements for Parcel E at I-75 Business Park located at 5251 Sardis Church Road in Macon-Bibb County, GA (the “Project”) will be received by the Macon-Bibb County Industrial Authority (the “Owner”) at the office located at 439 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201 until 11:00 A.M., Monday, April 3, 2022. The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for the Site Grading Improvements for Parcel E at I-75 Business Park in Macon-Bibb County, GA., including clearing and grading approximately 5 acres and will also include approximately 26,000 cubic yards of imported fill, placed & compacted. The project will be awarded in one contract and proposal evaluated based on the Evaluation Factors listed in the RFP.
